Booking Policy & Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Emmy Jay Greenhouse Photography, a private greenhouse photography venue designed to provide a beautiful, curated setting for portraits, branding sessions, motherhood photography, and creative events. The greenhouse, surrounding grounds, furnishings, and styling elements are available for respectful and considerate use during your reserved booking time.

All furniture, décor, and props must be returned to their original placement before the end of your session. Clients and guests are expected to treat the property with care and professionalism at all times.

Restroom access is available onsite. Limited electrical access may be available upon request. Any special setup requirements, large equipment, or vendor access must be approved in advance.

Access to any private or non-designated areas of the property is strictly prohibited.

Personal Photography Sessions

Portrait sessions, family photography, branding sessions, maternity sessions, mini sessions, and other non-commercial photography bookings may be reserved directly through our online booking system.

A variety of booking options are available for your convenience. All reservations require payment in full at the time of booking to secure your date and time.

Please note:

• All bookings are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling requests may be accommodated with advance notice and are subject to availability.

• Weather-related reschedules are handled at the discretion of Emmy Jay Greenhouse Photography.

Commercial Shoots & Private Events

Commercial photography, styled shoots, workshops, content creation, video productions, small events, and private rentals require custom approval and pricing.

Pricing & Payments

Rental and session fees contribute to the maintenance, preservation, and continued enhancement of the greenhouse property and guest experience.

All payments must be made electronically through the approved booking platform unless otherwise arranged in writing.

Confirmed bookings are considered final and non-refundable.

Property Access

The property is available by reservation only. Unauthorized entry is prohibited.

Emmy Jay Photography reserves the right to:

• Refuse or cancel bookings at its discretion

• Deny access for inappropriate or unsafe behavior

• Update policies, pricing, or usage guidelines without prior notice

Restrooms & Changing Area

A restroom and changing space are NOT available onsite.

Clients are encouraged to arrive camera-ready when possible to maximize shooting time.

Liability

Clients and guests assume responsibility for themselves and all individuals attending their session. Emmy Jay Greenhouse Photography is not responsible for:

• Injuries sustained on the property

• Lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings

• Damage caused by clients or guests during the booking period

Any damages to the property, greenhouse, furnishings, or props may result in additional repair or replacement fees.

Cleanliness & Respect for the Space

To preserve the experience for all guests:

• Please remove all personal items and trash before departure

• Open flames, smoking, confetti, glitter, or hazardous materials are not permitted unless approved in advance

• Children must remain supervised at all times
